The underwear comprises a body (100) having a waist band (110), a fabric panel (120), and a leg gripping band (130), and a healthy mechanism detachable to the waist band and having a penis wire (210), scrotum wires (220a and 220b), penis training wires (230a and 230b), penis supporting wires (250a and 250b), actuating force transmitting members (240a and 240b), and reverse guide wires (260a and 260b). With the construction, the health underwear has a simple construction, and is a help to men suffering from sexual problems.</p> |
