Clamping device for clamping cylindrical shafts comprises a holding body (1) having an axially extending first bore (2) receiving a cylindrical shaft (3) and a second bore (4) opening into the first bore and equipped with a clamping element for fixing the cylindrical shaft in the first bore. The holding body has a third bore (5) opening into the first bore and equipped with a further clamping element. The axis of the second bore and the axis of the third bore are arranged in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the first bore and together enclose an angle of 180 deg .
