The mobile control unit has a data processor (8) having a data input device (12) and coupled to a GPS receiver (16) for reception of time and position data, for determining a movement protocol, the position data for the latter compared with the position data fields of the controlled devices held in a memory. The data processor is coupled to a transceiver (18) for transmission of the movement protocol and reception of a coded movement protocol, entered in the memory when a movement protocol position lies within each position data field.
