Recuperation cooler - for association with a refrigerator or cold chamber, esp for use in bakery

Appts allows a cold liq. to be produced by recuperation from an unused space in a refrigerator. The cold liq. can be obtd merely by turning a tap; the liq. can easily be introduced into the device by opening an inlet valve installed for that purpose. The device includes a cylinder with a defrosting plate 5cms shorter at each end than the cylinder. On filling the latter, the liq. compresses the air which escapes through a warning whistle so that an indication is given when the cylinder is full; a ball valve when closes the air outlet.
