The system comprises a first interface (14) for communication with the access authorities for the localization data (4); a data base 18) for containing authorization parameters defining the conditions of access, by user applications, to localization data of a set of geolocalizable devices; means (19, 20) for updating the authorization parameters stored in the data base, via the first communication interface; a second interface (12) for communication with one or several sources of messages relating to localization data requests emanating from user applications (2); and filtering means (16) for analyzing messages relating to localization data requests received by the second communication interface, in relation with the authorization parameters contained in the data base and in order to validate said requests in a manner which is dependent upon the results of the analysis.
