Self-foaming product comprises: (1) an emulsifier system of: (A) 10-40C fatty acids; (B) polyethoxylated 10-40C fatty acid esters of ethoxylation degree 5-100; and (C) 10-40C fatty alcohols; (2) lipid phase (0-30 wt.%); (3) air, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, argon, nitric oxide and carbon dioxide (1-90 vol.%); (4) inorganic thickener; (5) organic hydrocolloid; and (6) solid body (0.01-10 wt.%).
