PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter for cerebral artery having excellent operability, especially excellent kink resistance and torque transmissivity. SOLUTION: The catheter 1 is provided with a catheter main body 1a having a lumen 20. The tip part 4 of the main body 1a consists of metallic flat plate coils 8a and 8b extending in the axial direction of the catheter 1 and having coiled shapes, a comparatively flexible outer layer 14 provided outside of the coils 8a and 8b and extended closer to a tip side compared with the coils 8a and 8b, a tip-most part 4A provided on the tip side of the part 4 and formed at a part extended closer to the tip side compared with the coils 8a and 8b of at least the outer layer 14, an X-ray contrastradiographic member 4c provided at the part 4A and arranged closer to the tip side compared with the coils 8a and 8b. |
