PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic film filter hard to generate the peeling of a base material and a seal part and the peeling of a filter film and the seal part by washing, using an alkali or acid aqueous solution, and capable of being manufactured at a low baking temperature. SOLUTION: The ceramic film filter is equipped with the base material 1 formed by baking a raw material containing aggregate, the filter film 2 obtained by baking the raw material containing ceramic particles and a sintering aid II applied to the base material 1 and the seal part 3 obtained by baking the raw material containing a sealant applied to a part of the base material 1 and a part of the filter film 2. When the content (mass %) of an alkali component in the sintering aid is set to y and the content of the alkali component in the sealant is set to z, a formula : -3.0<=y-z<=+3.0 is formed. |
