PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish drier for uniformly and efficiently drying the subject to be dried which is stored in a drying chamber. SOLUTION: A tray 12 for placing dishes X and an article tray 13 for placing the articles Y such as chopping boards are disposed respectively in a dish drying chamber 7 and an article drying compartment 9. Passages are formed between the trays 12 and 13 and between the respective bottom surfaces of the dish drying chamber 7 and the article drying compartment 9 to allow hot air from a hot air supply means 4 to pass therethrough.
