PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health improving ring by which two or more health improving elements are selectively disposed on the peripheral surface of a ring body and the influence of the elements is exerted even to an outer surface. SOLUTION: The fitting holes 2 of a required diameter are opened on two or more parts of the peripheral surface of the ring body 1, a magnet board body 3 as the health improving element is fitted and joined to the fitting hole 2 and the downward peak part 4 of the magnet board body 3 is projected inwards from the inner peripheral surface of the ring body 1. The ring body 1 is selected from the endless one and the one provided with an opening end 5 on one part. In addition, the health improving ring for which a copper board body 8, an aluminum board body 7 and the small lump group of tourmaline ore 6, etc. as the health improving elements are fitted and joined to the fitting holes 2 is provided as well.
