PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbable article preventing falling of functional powders and preventing the wrinkle of the article during wearing. SOLUTION: The absorbable article 1 comprises a functional sheet 8 arranged between a top sheet 2 and an absorption core 7 so as to coat on a longitudinal central region of the core 1. The core 7 is extended from longitudinal front and rear ends of the sheet 8 in a longitudinal direction of the article 1. The article 1 further comprises a longitudinal central region 5c having the sheet 2, the sheet 8 and groove-like first compressed parts 9a made by consolidating at least parts of the core 7 formed thereon. The forward region 5a and a rearward region 5b of the article 1 respectively have second compressed parts 9b made by consolidating at least the core 7.
