PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new polypeptide useful for research and development of a curative medicine for a disease participated with a DG lipase, a DNA encoding the polypeptide, an antibody recognizing the polypeptide and a method using them. SOLUTION: This method obtains a DNA having activity of diacylglycerol(DG) lipase from a human brain, produces the antibody recognizing the peptide and constructs a screening system for the curative medicine for the disease participated with the DG lipase by using the polypeptide, the antibody or the like. |
