PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood component collecting device capable of reducing the time for collecting blood components by reducing a blood treatment quantity. SOLUTION: The blood component collecting device performs a blood component collecting process for collecting the blood components (blood plasma) by centrifuging blood collected from a donor when collecting the blood components (blood plasma), and a blood component returning process for returning the residual blood components to the donor. In the blood component returning process, a target returning quantity W is calculated (step S203), and whether or not a returned quantity V amounts to the target returning quantity W is judged (step S205). When it amounts to the target returning quantity W, the blood component returning process is finished and the process is shifted to the blood component collecting process.
