PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker and warmer to be sanitarily used with improved cleanability. SOLUTION: This rice cooker and warmer is provided with a main body 1, an inner pot 2 freely attachably and detachably housed in the main body 1, a lid 3 for covering the upper part of the inner pot 2, a heating part 6 for heating the inner pot 2, a control part 5 for controlling the heating part 6 and an operation part 4 for performing an input operation to the control part 5. A tray 8 is provided on a main body upper frame 1a at the upper part of the main body 1 and the tray 8 is freely attached and detached to/from the main body 1.
