PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize winning device with a detecting switch for a pachinko machine prevented from interference between a crank and a signal line of the detecting switch even if a solenoid is arranged in such a manner that the tip of a plunger faces the rear side of the prize winning device. SOLUTION: A starting prize-winning device 5 has a crank 66 for converting the driving force of a solenoid 60 into the opening/closing operation of opening/ closing members 40a, 40b, and a crank holder 80. The solenoid 60 is arranged so that the tip of a plunger 63 of the solenoid 60 faces the rear side of the starting prize-winning device 5. The crank holder 80 is formed with an avoiding plate 81 for avoiding the entry of a signal line 56 connected to the rear end of a detecting switch 55, into the operating range of the crank 66. Consequently, even if the solenoid 60 is arranged in such a manner that the tip of the plunger 63 faces the rear side of the starting prize-winning device 5, interference between the signal line 56 connected to the detecting switch 55, and the crank 66 can be prevented.
