PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination structure of a hand-rest for a game player and a ball-receiving box which can maintain the balance thereof even if a game player exerts forces on the structure when the player operates a ball shooting handle and which serves for the player as a convenient container and further can reduce labors at the time of storage and maintenance for a Pachinko game parlor. SOLUTION: The combination structure consists of a hand-rest 1 for a game player having a receiving member 2 forming a receiving surface 2a to support the hands of the player operating a ball shooting handle from below and a supporting member 3a to form a supporting part 3 supporting the member 2 on an island machine counter, and a ball receiving box 10, in which an engaging part 12 for engagement with the hand-rest 1 for the player is provided. Engaging parts 4, 5 are provided on a side of the hand-rest 1 for releasable engagement with the part 12 on a side of the box 10, thereby forming the combination structure.
