PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for affording and accelerating a blood circulation accelerating effect by magnetism by attaching and detaching a treatment tool part holding magnetism freely at a desired position of a tool such as clothes, beddings, etc. SOLUTION: This treatment tool consists of a fixing tool, a mounting plate and mesh cloth. The fixing tool is provided with projection part or a Hook-and- Loop fastener male piece, and the mounting plate is provided with a hole for inserting the projection of the fixing tool or the Hook-and-Loop fastener male piece. The mesh cloth has the mesh of a size allowing the projection part of the fixing tool or the hook-like bristles of the Hook-and-Loop fastener male piece to pass through. The mesh cloth is formed like clothes or a cover and the projection of the fixing tool or the Hook-and-Loop fastener male piece are passed through the mesh of the mesh cloth.
