PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate stamp issue system simple and convenient to use. SOLUTION: A certificate stamp sticking device 60 (a game machine manufacturing device) for sticking a certificate stamp (a certificate stamp pasteboard and first and second number pasteboards 31, 32, 33) to a pachinko game machine PM in a shipment preceding stage state, comprises upper and lower conveying devices 62, 63 which hold the pachinko game machine in the shipment preceding stage state into a prescribed position (first to third work positions); a first certificate stamp sticker 71 for sticking the certificate stamp pasteboard 8) to the pachinko game machine PM held by the upper and lower conveying devices 62, 63; and second and third certificate stamp stickers 72, 73 for printing a corresponding certificate stamp number and an identification code on the first and second number pasteboards 32, 33 and sticking them into the prescribed position of the pachinko game machine PM.
