PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sweetener composition containing an oligosaccharide which is obtained by mainly hydrolyzing coffee beans and/or coffee extraction residues and contains mannose as a main component. SOLUTION: This sweetener composition is characterized by containing as a main component an oligosaccharide in which one to ten monosaccharide molecules consisting mainly of mannose are bonded to each other or an oligosaccharide in which one to ten molecules of mannose and at least one monosaccharide such as glucose and galactose are bonded to each other and which consists mainly of the mannose.
