METHOD FOR SANDWICH ASSAY USING SPECIFIC ANTIBODY TO CANINE BNP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for immunoassay of canine BNP. SOLUTION: This method for sandwich immunoassay of canine BNP comprises combining two kinds of monospecific antibodies which recognize canine BNP and do not mutually obstruct bond to canine BNP. The method for sandwich immunoassay of canine BNP comprises combining two kinds of a monoclonal antibody recognizing a part from Asn at 135-position to Tyr at 140-position among an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1 (reference to the specification) with a monoclonal antibody recognizing a part from Cys at 118-position to Cys at 134-position.
