<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay a cable effectively and lay the cable with a simple structure at a lower cost. SOLUTION: A chuter 2 is disposed continuously between a laying start point and a laying finish point of the cable C along a cable receiver forming a laying path of the cable C, and a slit is formed in the chuter 2 in an axial direction so as to substantially continue from the start point to the finish point. The chuter 2 is formed out of a tubular hollow member in which a laying tool having a shuttle 3, a long rope 4 which has its own rigidity, and a connection part 5 may be inserted inwardly from the start point to the finish point. By operating the laying tool at the start point so that the front end of the laying tool may reciprocate between the start point and the finish point, the cable C or an auxiliary rope for towing the cable C can be laid on the cable receiver.</p> |
