<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a fertilizer for organic cultivation by a recycling system and facilitate obtaining JAS organic certification via a communication network. SOLUTION: A food processor produces processed foods from farm products obtained through organic cultivation by a farm product producer. The farm products, the soil on which the farm products have been cultured and the wastes from the above processed foods are subjected to analyses. From the results of the analyses, fertilizer components which are necessary to be added to obtain the JAS organic certification are determined, the necessary fertilizer components obtained based on the analyses are added to the wastes, and the wastes are recycled as fertilizer for organic cultivation of the farm products. Further, the analyses are carried out at a management analysis center, a server of the management analysis center is linked to terminals of the farm product producers and the food processors via a communication network, and the information concerning JAS organic certification is accumulated, so that the farm product producers and the food processors can access the information.</p> |
