PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter film element capable of developing high water permeability and capable of suppressing the generation of the damage of a filter film by preventing the falling-off and deformation of the filter film or the like. SOLUTION: Porous sheets and the filter films are respectively provided on both surfaces of a support having recessed and projected parts on both surfaces thereof in this order and the porous sheets are bonded to the entire surfaces of the projected parts of the support plate.
