PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anesthetizing apparatus capable of reducing a labor for sterilizing the apparatus and grasping a precise inhalation quantity by reducing the burden of monitoring and safely performing low flow rate anesthesia. SOLUTION: The anesthetizing apparatus includes a circulation circuit having a chamber including bellows, an inhalation channel for feeding gas in the bellows to a patient channel through which the breath of the patient flows via an inhalation valve and an exhalation channel connected to the patient channel to allow a carbon dioxide absorbing canister to pass through via an exhalation valve. The apparatus includes a driving circuit part having an artificial respirator and a bag for feeding gas into the chamber including the bellows, a changeover valve for the changeover of the connection between each of the artificial respirator and the bag and the inside of the chamber, and a fresh gas switch valve provided at a channel for feeding the fresh gas into the bellows, connected to the bag via the changeover valve and guiding the fresh gas to the bag in the inhalation phase by the artificial respirator.
