PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the greening of various wall surfaces by a simply construction method for greening the wall surfaces to solve problems such as the inferior workability of recently developed vegetational greening construction methods and high costs without being affected by natural conditions in conventional technology in which ivies, vines or the like are made to trail over a vertical wall surface such as the outer wall, partition wall or the like of a building. SOLUTION: Fibrous vegetation mats 5 obtained by preliminarily culturing plants are fixed to a concrete structure main body 1 through stainless plates, stainless nets, or the like. Or, vegetation mats are attached to the concrete structure main body 1 in a prescribed thickness comprising one, two, three or more layers through holders such as frogs. Pipe-like watering lines are buried and set in the vegetation mats in the upper portion to supply water and a liquid containing nutrients such as fertilizers to vegetation boxes 13 and the vegetation mats through the gravity, thus promoting the vegetational greening as designed. Since the vegetation mats are fibrous, excellent effects, such as good workability, low costs, vegetational greening carried out as designed, good appearance, and aspects having excellent designs and excellent appearances, are exhibited.
