PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument which enables rinsing of the interior of a narrow tube after the use thereof. SOLUTION: A tube wall part of a tubular member 4 is provided with a circular hole 52, a slot 54, a spiral opening part and the like so as to allow introducing of a rinsing solution into the tubular member 4.
