PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst device of a thin type which facilitates maintenance and has a deodorization function. SOLUTION: This air cleaning machine is provided, successively from upstream of a flow passage for air which is fluid to be treated to downstream, with a filter section 2, an ozone generating section 3, the photocatalyst device 4 and active carbon section 5. The photocatalyst device 4 has a case member for forming the flow passage of the air, a photocatalyst filter 6 formed by depositing a photocatalyst function layer on a base body having many holes disposed within the case member and UV irradiation means 7 for irradiating the photocatalyst filer. The photocatalyst filter is so arranged that the whole of the treated air flow by pentrating the photocatalyst filter 6. |
