PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe capable of securing solution tightness and air tightness by a gasket even when force in a direction different from an axial direction acts on a plunger. SOLUTION: The syringe 1 is provided with an outer cylinder 2, the gasket 3 slidable within the outer cylinder 2 and the plunger 4 for moving operation of the gasket 3. A solution 7 is housed watertight in advance in a space surrounded by the cylinder 2 and the gasket 3. A collar-like flange 44 is formed at the head part 43 of the tip part of the plunger 4. The gasket 3 ahs a hollow part 33 and a screw thread 34 is formed on the inner surface of its base tip side. A space 35 for housing the flange 44 is formed on a tip side compared with this screw thread 34. The flange 44 having entered the inside of the space 35 beyond the thread 34 is engaged in a loosely fitted state to the space 35. |
