WASTE WATER TREATING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a waste water treating system having a yeast treating section for decomposing the waste water containing organic waste by the yeast while maintaining a proper pH condition where yeast preferentially grows in order to reduce the maintenance load on the waste water treating system and in order to provide a space-saving waste water treating system. SOLUTION: Organic acids are made to be generated in an acid fermentation section and thereby the pH of the waste water flowing in the yeast treating section is maintained at an optimum pH condition for growing the yeast.
