PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needling auxiliary tool for a needle for needling a blood vessel by which a needle for needling the blood vessel of a syringe needle, or the like is surely needled into a blood vessel. SOLUTION: The needling auxiliary tool 20 for the needle for needling the blood vessel has blood vessel fixing parts 24 to be arranged opposing each other on a skin along both of the sides of the blood vessel. These parts 24 are abutted on the skin in the state of being capable of fixing the blood vessel and provided so as to vary an interval between them. The tool 20 pressurizes the skin on both of the sides of the blood vessel so as to avoid moving in a horizontal direction by pressurizing the part 24 to the skin. Furthermore, by reducing an interval between the parts 24 by pressing and clamping long-length parts 22 and 23 by a clamp part 21, the ends of the part 24 enters at the rear side of the blood vessel to press up the blood vessel. Thus, the blood vessel is fixed stably beneath the skin and viewed satisfactorily, thereby needling with a syringe needle, or the like can be easily and surely carried out.
