PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and comfortable sheet for a toilet seat which contributes to resource savings. SOLUTION: An adhesive of weak adhesion is applied to the back of a water- soluble paper sheet having the same size as conventional toilet paper. When a toilet seat is used, the paper sheet is cut into an appropriate length and affixed to the toilet seat. After use, it is peeled from the seat and flushed away.
