PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the flow rate and the wind speed of air blown-off from a slit of an air blow-off nozzle to the optimum condition suitable for a product. SOLUTION: In the air blow-off nozzle 12 for ejecting air 20 blown-off through tapered slits 17a and 17b, which is formed between lips 14a, 14b of the tip end part of a nozzle casing 14 and the side surfaces 18a, 18b of a core frame 18 arranged at the tip part inside the nozzle casing 14, on the surface of a web, a core frame moving device 1 is provided. The width of the slits 17a and 17b is changed to control the blow-off flow rate and wind speed of the air 20 by moving in and out the core frame 18 to the tip of the nozzle casing 14 with the core frame moving device I.
