SOLUTION: The liquid feed head 4 having 2 pieces of lips 6 attached to the inside of the tip part to form a fine gap S is structured to be divided into a fixed side head casing 4a and a movable side head casing 4b with a division surface 11 along the gap S. The fixed side head casing 4a is fixed to a supporting beam 8. The movable head casing 4b is attached to the supporting beam 8 so as to be movable with a slide guide structure 19 in the horizontal direction. The inside cleaning is performed by keeping the movable head casing 4b extremely away from the fixed head casing 4a.
