PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device at low cost which is capable of being easily and removably attached to a toilet. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device includes a body member 11 and a toilet seat, with the body member having a base part 13 secured to the upper side 21 of a toilet, a toilet seat bearing part, and a second engagement part 112 which engages the base part 13. The toilet seat device has a locking member 132 having a lock part 1321 for locking the base part 13 and the second engagement part 112 in place, another lock part 1321, and a spring part. The body member 11 has a locking-member holding part 113 for holding the locking member 132 so that the lock part 1321 is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position, and has a working part for biasing the lock part 1321 in the direction of the locked position. That is, the locking member 132 for locking the engagement between the base part 13 secured to the toilet and the second engagement part 112 capable of removably engaging the base part 13 is formed of one piece for cost reduction. Since the engagement between the base part 13 and the second engagement part 112 can be operated by simply moving the lock part 1321, operability is good.
