The invention relates to a method for producing aqueous solutions oversaturated with oxygen for use externally in either medical and/or therapeutical and/or wellness applications in the form of baths, whereby the ambient air and/or gas enriched with oxygen is introduced into the aqueous solution by means of hydrostatic shaft or tower shaped reactor and the oxygen is dissolved.
