PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly enhance the mechanical strength of a panel material in a short time by a reinforcing material. SOLUTION: A curable paste reinforcing material is arranged to the panel material as a plurality of small lumps in a spot-like state at a plurality of predetermined places and the small lumps are pressed and rolled to mutually unite the adjacent small lumps to form a united layer extending at least linearly. By this means, the small lumps can be arranged on the panel material in a short time and the united layer having uniform thickness can be formed. Therefore, the mechanical strength of the panel material can be certainly enhanced in a short time.
