PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an environmentally-friendly soft lure made of biodegradable resins, capable of stopping occurrence of tackiness and blocking of the soft lure desired to naturally cause degradation in natural world when stored and causing degradation of the soft lure by original degrading performance of the biodegradable resin and being returned to nature even if the soft lure enter the interior of fish body or the soft lure is left to stand in natural world when used. SOLUTION: This soft lure is obtained by attaching cellulose powder to the surface of a soft lure body 1 formed of a biodegradable resin.
