PURPOSE: To provide a reflection plate forming a reflected light emitting region in an oblique upside (or oblique downside) effective viewing region. CONSTITUTION: In the reflection plate 1 having a plurality of unit reflection regions 13 provided with reflection surfaces to reflect light and making a plurality of spread parts of emission formed by the reflected light from a plurality of the unit reflection regions respectively intersect on specified upper side positions and form a common light emitting region 14, the unit reflection regions are arranged in such a way that light beams incident on the reflection plate from a vertical direction are reflected respectively and approximately toward the center direction of the light emitting region located outside a vertical upper region of the reflection plate by a plurality of the unit reflection regions and centers of intensity of the respective reflected light beams are condensed to the center of the light emitting region 12.
