PURPOSE: A compressor is provided to prevent the reduction of span and resonance decreasing function. A pulley for the compressor is supplied to be readily controlled to reduce the resonance and to be small and light. CONSTITUTION: A compressor is composed of a pulley(17) for transmitting torque from an external drive source(E) to a driving shaft(16) to drive a compression mechanism. The pulley has a pulley body(42). The compressor has a mass body(46) located in a range being radially inward of the outer circumference of the pulley. The mass body swings about the driving shaft spaced from the rotation axis of the pulley body by a predetermined distance and is substantially parallel to the rotation axis of the pulley body.
