ARC LAMP TYPE FLAME PROJECTOR WITH WATERPROOFING, EXPLOSION-PROOFING, INDICATION AND ALARM FUNCTIONS

PURPOSE: An arc lamp type flame projector with waterproofing and explosion-proofing functions is provided in which the burner is not ignited even though a burner where an ignitor is being operated contacts combustible gas or material. CONSTITUTION: The arc lamp type flame projector with waterproofing, explosion-proofing, indication and alarm functions comprises a nozzle(117); an O-ring(104) inserted into an O-ring groove of a fourth outer circumferential surface of the nozzle(117); an insulator(116) inserted into an electrode inserting hole for igniting the nozzle(117); an ignition electrode(103) inserted and cohered onto the central part of the nozzle(117); a flame eye(118) inserted into a flame eye inserting hole of the nozzle(117); an actuator(115) inserted into an actuator inserting hole of the nozzle(117); a flame stabilizer installed on the upper part of the nozzle(117); a flame stabilizer left support(114); a flame stabilizer right support(109); a ring(108) inserted into a ring inserting hole of the flame stabilizer right support(109); a translucent cap(102); a ring(105) inserted into a ring inserting hole of the translucent cap(102); a chain(119) which is formed by linking together metallic rings connecting a ring(108) inserted into the ring inserting hole of the flame stabilizer right support(109) with a ring inserted into the ring inserting hole of the translucent cap(102); a moisture-proofing box(112); an O-ring(106) inserted into an O-ring groove on the top surface of the moisture-proofing box(112); an O-ring(111) inserted into an O-ring groove on the inner side of a first outer circumferential surface inserting hole of a nozzle for the moisture-proofing box(112); a lock nut(110) which is coupled to a male screw part for coupling lock nuts of the nozzle(117) so that the moisture-proofing box(112) is closely adhered to the lower part of a second outer circumferential surface of the nozzle; a trans for ignition(107) mounted inside the moisture-proofing box(112); a b contact point limit switch(113) mounted inside the moisture-proofing box(112); and an arc lamp type flame projector control circuit.
