PURPOSE: A hot and chilled air blower with water purifier and humidifier is provided to prevent inefficient utilization of indoor space. CONSTITUTION: A hot and chilled air blower comprises a first cut-off valve(11) placed on a tube connected with the hot and chilled air blower and controlling amount of tap water introducing; triple filters(22,23,24) filtering foreign matters contained in the tap water introducing through the first cut-off valve; a purified water tank(25) storing water purified by the triple filters and having a purified water level detecting sensor controlling the first cut-off valve; a hot water tank(30) connected with one side of the purified water tank and having a heating coil built therein to heat purified water introducing; a chilled water tank(34) connected with the other side of the purified water tank and having a cooling device(35) cooling down purified water introducing; a humidifying tank(44) storing purified water collected through a tray(37) and introducing through a hot water supply system; and a moisture generating device(45) placed under the humidifying tank to humidify surrounding air.
