PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity managing system, server, terminal, commodity managing method, commodity managing program and computer readable recording medium having a commodity managing program recorded thereon with which the burden on the commodity management of a user can be reduced and delivery efficiency in selling and collecting commodities can be improved. SOLUTION: An order reception managing server 101 stores information concerning the quantity of stock of image forming commodities for each user, and a handy terminal 111 to be used by a sales driver for delivering the commodities to the home of a user receives the information on the quantity of stock from the order receiving managing server 101, displays the information on the quantity of stock, accepts the purchase application of a commodity from the user and transmits information on the purchase application to the order receiving managing server 111.
