PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric device which is small in size, has a high output voltage, and can be used for a small-sized portable electronic apparatus such as a wrist watch. SOLUTION: Prior to a process for forming wiring after polishing or grinding the end face of an integrated grooved block, insulation layers 32, 35 of the end face of a thermoelectric element block 5 of an electrode-forming plane are selectively removed for flattening the end face. |
