PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electric field light emitting device which is possible to emit light with high efficiency. SOLUTION: It consists of one layer, or two or more layers of organic compound layers 14 between a 1st electrode 12 and a 2nd electrode 16, and at least one layer of these organic compound layers 14 include a condensed ring compound shown by a formula, such as adamantane derivative or the like, and further a predetermined dopant substance is doped in this compound layer. Furthermore, when making this compound layer a luminescence layer, a predetermined dopant substance may be doped to an electron hole carrier layer or an electron carrier layer, which touches this. However, A1 and A2 are substituted group, B1 to B6 are substituted group directly connected or 2 functionality, and R1 and R2 are functional units, which have each functions of electron hole carrier natures, such as triphenylamine, coumarin, oxadiazole derivative, and the like, the luminescence nature, and the electronic carrying nature.
