PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct drive brushless motor that is suitable for applications where adoption of a speed reducer is undesired because of possible grease leakage, noise, and the like and is provided with the encoder function and many other functions for the purpose of size and cost reduction for simple servo control. SOLUTION: In the flat brushless motor with an outer rotor 3 and a pulley 4 integrated with each other, the core thereof is a split core comprising a tooth portion 2 and a core portion 1. The tooth portion 2 uses a grain oriented silicon steel plate as material thereof, and the outer rotor 3 is provided with one magnet 11 for sensor. The tooth portion 2 is provided with 12 Hall sensors 10 with a sensor board 9 in between to detect many pulses. |
