PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the rolling adjustment or pitching adjusting of a body itself by increasing the adjustment quantity while reducing the movement manipulated variables of the body itself to the ground part of a traveling device, and to easily execute the proper adjusting operation. SOLUTION: This device is provided with four driving means C2-C5 for separately adjusting the elevation of the left side front part, left side rear part, right side front part, and right side rear part of the body itself to the ground part of a traveling device. When a rolling or pitching adjustment command is issued, the two driving means C2-C5 acting on one edge part of the body itself in an angle of inclination changing direction among the four driving means C2-C5 are stopped, and the two driving means C2-C5 acting on the other edge are operated so that the inclination can be adjusted. When any of the two operating driving means C2-C5 reaches the stroke end, the driving operation of the two driving means C2-C5 is stopped, and an alarm is issued by a buzzer BZ.
