PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage regulator capable of fixing an output voltage even when currents running through a load are low or turned to zero at the time of a low power supply voltage operation. SOLUTION: A pseudo load circuit part 8 constituted by an NMOS transistor QN5 constituting a fixed current source is arranged in between the output terminal of an output circuit part 7 and ground, and the characteristics of the NMOS transistor QN5 are made the same as the characteristics of an NMOS transistor QN4 constituting the fixed current source of an amplifier circuit part 6 connected to a PMOS transistor Q4 being the output transistor of the output circuit part 7.
