medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations in aerosol form based on natural polyisoprenoids. An emulsion preparation for prophylaxis of respiratory viral infections comprises polyisoprenoids, nonionogenic surface-active substance and an aqueous base. Natural polyprenols, in part, Siberian fir wood greens (Abies sibirica) are used as polyisoprenoids. The ready emulsion form consists of an aqueous microemulsion of turbidimetric parameter P, mainly, 2.0, not less, in the following wt.% ratio of components, wt.%: Siberian fir polyisoprenoids, 0.01-5.0; nonionogenic surface-active substance, 0.05-25; aqueous base, the balance, up to 100%.
