fodder production at breeding of poultry at poultry farms. SUBSTANCE: feed for young stock of hens contains maize, wheat, barley, sunflower oil-seed meal, bone, fish and grass meal, chalk, and salt. The feed may additionally include iron sulfate, vegetable oil, and crushed acorns in definite quantitative ratio. Addition of crushed acorns in nutrition ration for poultry young stock which used for preparation of coffee substitute and rich with starch, and iron sulfate enables stimulation of metabolic processes in organisms of hens young stock.
