PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote service system for giving user leading type maintenance service, enabling a user of a computer to set maintenance items at need. SOLUTION: This server for receiving a computer inspection application is provided with an inspection service display means for demanding a display of inspection service menu registering inspection service items of the computer, an additional inspection service input means for demanding input of additional inspection service items added to the inspection service menu, an inspection service registering means for registering the additional inspection service items input according to the demand of the additional inspection service input means in the inspection service menu, and an inspection service application accepting means for demanding the application of inspection service according to the inspection service menu and receiving the application.
